Sopapilla Cheesecake
INGREDIANTS:
- 2 (80z) packages of cream cheese
- 2 (8oz) packages of crescent roll dough
- 1 c sugar
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 1/2 c butter melted
- 3/4 c cinnamon sugar
DIRECTIONS
- Unroll one package of crescent rolls and flatten into the bottom of a 9×13 Pyrex dish
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl
- Spread mixture over the flatten crescent rolls
- Unroll second package of crescent rolls and place on top of cream cheese mixture
- Pour the 1/2 cup melted butter on top of the crescent rolls
- Top with cinnamon sugar
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes (we like it to be a little crispy on top)
Cinnamon sugar mixture can be made by combining 3/4 c sugar and 1 T cinnamon
This recipe is amazing served with your favorite mexican entree or with a cup of coffee for breakfast!
